Questions
Do oral probiotics actually help with bad breath?
Plenty of people add an oral probiotic to their fresh-breath routine. Eat Your Mint pairs 3 probiotics with xylitol to support fresher breath, and you chew it, so it starts in your mouth. Results vary, so you get 60 days to decide.
How long until I notice a difference?
Most people feel a cleaner mouth in the first days. Give fresher breath 2 to 3 weeks of daily chews, and 60 to 90 days to become a habit.
When should I take it?
Chew one tablet slowly after a meal and let it dissolve, then swallow. After breakfast or lunch works for most routines. It's a chewable tablet, not a gum or a mint.
How does xylitol help?
Xylitol is the sweetener in sugar-free gum. Chewing gets saliva going, and saliva keeps your mouth from drying out between meals. Eat Your Mint uses xylitol in place of table sugar.
Is this different from a gut probiotic?
Yes. You swallow a gut capsule whole, so it goes to your stomach. You chew Eat Your Mint, so the probiotics and xylitol start in your mouth, where breath starts.
Which probiotics are in it?
Lactobacillus salivarius LS97, L. paracasei LC86 and L. acidophilus LA85, 20 mg per chew. The full list, with every dose, is in the ingredient section above.
Will it help with morning breath?
Eat Your Mint works through the day, after your meals. For mornings, keep brushing, drink water, and chew one after breakfast.
Can I still use mouthwash?
Yes. Keep brushing and flossing too. If you use a strong antibacterial rinse, chew Eat Your Mint after a later meal, not straight after rinsing.
Any side effects?
Large amounts of xylitol can upset the stomach. One chew holds well under a third of a gram. Keep the bottle away from dogs, because xylitol is toxic to them. If you're pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.
Can my kids take it?
No. Eat Your Mint is for adults 18 and over.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for the bottles you pick. Nothing renews and nothing charges you later.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email hello@kissmeclean.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, even if the bottle is empty.
Should I see a dentist?
Yes, if bad breath doesn't improve. It can be linked to gum disease or other conditions that need a professional.
